The transformation of Dholpur Palace into a heritage hotel Raj Niwas Palace offers guests an extraordinary glimpse into royal life and a genuine encounter with history. Originally built to host HRH Albert Edward during his 1876 visit, the palace takes visitors on a mesmerizing journey through time. With its rich history of hosting generations of royals, it still radiates the grandeur of Rajasthani architecture, inviting guests to immerse themselves in its splendour. Today, the hotel features 40 rooms nestled within 25 acres of meticulously maintained sprawling gardens. In April 2015, the company acquired Bandhav Vilas at Bandhav Garh National Park in Madhya Pradesh, a well-established lodge with 20 rooms, significantly enhancing the brand’s reputation & to complete its wildlife offerings in Madhya Pradesh, the company secured Chitvan Jungle Lodge, a 20-room lodge at Kanha National Park in 2016. Driven by the region’s diverse biodiversity, we expanded to include the enchanting calls of birds at the Ramsagar waterfront. Thus, Narsingh Bagh with 12 keys was established around Ramsagar, quickly emerging as a haven for birdwatchers and offering distinctive rural and birding tours. It now forms an integral part of the recently declared Karauli Dholpur Tiger Reserve, completing the wildlife immersion circuit. The wildlife portfolio was further enhanced with entry of two new lodges: the construction of the premium property Bamboo Grove Lodge with 15 keys, and the acquisition of the existing Tigergarh Resort with 11 keys in Bandhavgarh.
